Job Description:
Cavli Wireless is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate to join our Global Presales team at our Kochi office. As a Senior Associate - Global Presales, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and business development teams worldwide by providing technical expertise, solution architecture, and strategic guidance to customers.
Job Scope:
General sales support/coordination for regional sales teams which includes:
Shipment, Inventory coordination
Distributor relations support
CPQ management - Hardware & Hubble
NDA, Contracts, Agreements and other document management
RFP and vendor compliance-documentation support
Discovery stage sales pitches, nurturing, customer data management
Technical support coordination which includes:
Remote Technical support - customer meetings management
On field FAE support coordination
Customer ODM partner relations
Cavli Hubble Activation and support
CRM Management
Key Responsibilities::
Collaborate with sales and business development teams across the globe to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
Liaise with internal sales, solution architects, sales support, and service resources to align solution design forrequirements
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers during the presales process, addressing inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and providing technical consultations.
Manage complex solution quoting requests from sales for major Request for Proposal (RFPs)
Conduct thorough technical assessments of customer needs and recommend appropriate Cavli Wireless products and services to meet those needs.
Create compelling presentations, proposals, and technical documentation to articulate the value proposition of Cavli Wireless solutions.
Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to gather feedback from customers and contribute to product enhancements and roadmap development.
Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position Cavli Wireless solutions in the market.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical sales roles
Strong understanding of cellular technologies (LTE, NB-IoT, Cat-M) and IoT platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and driving revenue growth through presales activities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, conferences, and events.
