We are looking for a dynamic Sales Field Executive to join our team and drive sales growth in the field.

Job Summary: As a Sales Field Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other potential clients. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets for our electronic product range.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our electronic accessories.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions, handle objections, and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales manager.
  • Customer Support: Provide after-sales support and address any client concerns or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the electronics or FMCG industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic accessories and the retail market. Understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
