Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving our client acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for prospecting and generating leads, engaging with potential clients to understand their needs, and presenting our franchise management software as a tailored solution. Your ability to negotiate terms, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets will be crucial to your success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expanding the client base.
- Client Engagement and Consultation:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions, presenting our software as a solution.
- Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- Develop a deep understanding of our franchise management software.
- Present product demonstrations and communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
- Sales Meetings and Negotiations:
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings to showcase our software solutions.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with potential clients.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients.
- Stay engaged with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or introducing additional services.
- Sales Documentation and Follow-Up:
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
- Follow up with leads and potential clients to secure commitments.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on sales performance and pipeline.
- Market Feedback and Analysis:
- Gather feedback from clients to understand market perceptions.
- Contribute insights to the team based on market trends and competitor activities.
- Sales Targets and KPIs:
- Work towards achieving set sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously strive to improve personal and team sales performance.
- Collaboration with Operations Team:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
- Communicate client expectations and requirements effectively to the operations team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with at least 04 years of experience in sales.
- Experience in selling software solutions or technology products is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Experience:
- 4 years or above of experience in direct or indirect sales.
- Experience in selling software solutions is preferred.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
