Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and disciplined Sales Representative/Agent to join our team. The primary duty of the Sales Representative/Agent is to attract students to Shivi Study Abroad. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and dedicated to helping students achieve their study abroad aspirations.

Compensation: 20,000 + monthly

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling and Guidance:

- Conduct comprehensive counseling sessions with students to understand their educational goals and career aspirations.

- Provide tailored guidance on study abroad options, university selection, course choices, and application processes.

Business Development:

- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to enhance the center's visibility and attract a diverse student population.

- Engage in field activities for business development on weekdays.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, events, and engagement activities.

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and local educational institutions.

- Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Monitor the center's performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report progress to senior management.

- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or education.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in the education sector, particularly in study abroad counseling, is a plus.
