Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our dynamic team at Stock Knocks. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with company promoters and business owners, scheduling meetings directly with the Founder. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of the financial market, enabling meaningful conversations and fostering strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calls: Reach out to company promoters, business owners, and key decision-makers to arrange meetings with the Founder.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads from the database, ensuring successful meeting arrangements.
  • Engagement: Use financial market knowledge to engage with prospects and build trust through insightful conversations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Efficiently schedule and organize meetings, ensuring alignment with both the Founder's and the client's schedules.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-ups and handle any questions or concerns from potential clients.
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions and lead progress using CRM tools.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and meetings scheduled.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Background in finance or business is preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales. Knowledge of the financial market is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Financial Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial markets, investment, and business operations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools.
  • Target-Driven: Ability to meet and exceed conversion goals.
