Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-sales Specialist located in Gurugram. The Tele-sales Specialist will be responsible for customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training.
• The role involves engaging with customers over the phone, promoting financial products and services, providing product information and support, and meeting sales targets.

• Customer Support and Training skills
• Experience in tele-sales or customer service roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and results-driven
• Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
