As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and closing sales deals over the phone. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using CRM software
• Familiarity with sales techniques and product knowledge
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales or a related field
• Telecalling skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients via telephone to promote our services
• Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities
