Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as a representative and provide leadership and strategic direction for the Department of Management Sciences.
Oversee the student portfolio and administrative tasks within the department. Mentor, supervise and support faculty members in their professional development and research endeavors. Foster a culture of excellence in teaching, innovation and creativity among students. Guide college-industry collaboration to enhance placement/research opportunities.
Key skills required: Net &Ph.D. in ManagementHigher education teaching, curriculum development, effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English and Hindi. Minimum 15+ years teaching experience in relevant fields.Role & responsibilities
