Your Gateway to Success. We are seeking experienced management consultants who are working at Senior Consultant, Manager or Principal grade (or equivalent) to join our founding team in Bangalore. You will need to be commutable within Bangalore to work in person on client site 3 days a week, allowing some flex in your weekly pattern. You can also work from our Havas office in Bangalore
Client engagements: Deliver a variety of major transformation programmes and lead/support local project teams
Client Nurturing: Develop client advisory relationships in a local key client account, contributing to account growth and development
Leadership scope and potential: Mentor and coach colleagues, contribute to internal Gate One projects, lead internal events, join global communities of interest e.g. Gate One Coaching programme, core consulting training, health & well-being, DEI, L+D, local Havas teams etc. From Principal grade, join the extended global leadership team
Ideal Experience Profile:. Consulting as a career: Around 5-10 years experience in recognised management consulting organisations is essential. Additional complementary inhouse consulting experience in industry roles is welcomed
Client-led project experience across a range of capabilities such as change management, operating model, process design, programme/portfolio management (PMO), digital, data and AI, tech adoption, customer experience etc. Experience across sectors is ideal
Recognised certifications in technical consulting including project management frameworks and governance are advantageous
