4-6 years of experience in loss prevention or security management roles
Strong understanding of risk assessment, security management, and investigation techniques
Experience in crisis management, auditing, and emergency response planning
Knowledge of effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Proven ability to develop and implement loss prevention strategies to safeguard company assets
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to minimize risks and protect company assets
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions
Manage investigations into theft, fraud, and other security incidents, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance emergency response planning and crisis management procedures
Train and educate employees on security protocols and best practices to prevent losses
Monitor store operations to detect and prevent potential security threats and breaches
Maintain accurate records of security incidents, investigations, and loss prevention activities
Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and external partners as needed for security-related matters
