Job Summary:
A Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store in the southern region. They will ensure smooth functioning of the store, achieve sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the store's daily operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market competition to make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
