Job Title: Junior Architect
- Location: In and around 5km etc Porur, Pallavaram, Mangadu, Alandur vadapalani Ramapuram
Assist in the development of architectural designs and project plans.
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure design feasibility and adherence to project timelines.- Conduct site visits to gather information, assess project progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.- Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Must reside in or around Porur, Pallavaram, Mangadu, or Alandur.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or prior experience in an architectural firm.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
