Role Description : Junior Design Manager/Junior Architect

As a Junior Design Manager/Junior Architect at Ananta Hotels and Spa, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of new construction projects within our group. Working closely with the design team and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of the design process to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Intent Memorandum Co-ordination and preparation
• Approval of Consultants Design Briefs
• Design Review & approvals Co-ordination with Client / Consultants
• Confirmation of design detail submission to Design Intent
• Formulation of the designers Work Plan
• Formulation of the Matrix of Responsibilities for individual Consultants.
• Definition of consultants scope of service, timescales and milestones deliverables.
• Design Management meeting chairmanship.
• Audits of design consultants on process and quality control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Previous experience in design management or architecture role preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools
