Job Summary:
We at Reecocefe are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Architect to join our dynamic team specializing in the Constructions, real estate and home décor industry.
As a Junior Architect, you will collaborate closely with senior architects and project managers to contribute to the design and development of retail spaces that are both visually stunning and functionally efficient.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Mandatory)- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Experience: - 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience architectural design and drafting
- Prior experience into Real estate, home decor or construction field is preferred
Desired candidates:
- Strong architectural design and drafting skills
- Proficiency in software likeAutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Snaptrude
- Well versed with 3D modelling
- Good communication and problem- solving abilities
- Ability to work in a team and under the guidance of senior architects
- Detail- oriented and organized approach to work
- Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite
- Professional experience with an architecture firm
- Knowledge oflumion, photoshop,
- presentation skills,
- Optional to know v- ray
- Own laptop/Desktop required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and construction drawings
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to gather requirements and provide design solutions
- Conduct site visits and assist in project coordination
- Stay updated with architectural trends and advancements in technology
- Perform preliminary research for projects
- Provideinput on project proposals and architectural designs
- Submit documents such as drawings, proposals and paperwork for permits
- Completedocuments relating to designs or construction
