Position: Corporate Financial Systems FP&A IT Support Analyst
Description: The Corporate Financial Systems FP&A Support Analyst will be a member of the FP&A IT Support team implementing new global initiatives and day-to-day support requests related to the global finance TM1 financial planning models.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the global finance group and regional IT teams on implementation of FP&A system changes, specifically server standardizations and corporate technical security mandates.
Perform weekend server configuration changes and service restarts.
Perform scheduled service account password changes and maintenance.
Manage TM1 scheduled chores and validate data load procedures.
Regression test TM1 models after platform migrations and server upgrades
Execute TM1 model change control and production promotion procedures.
Monitor TM1 health and system alerts using the Pulse software application.
Perform software installations and upgrades for IBM Planning Analytics (aka TM1) and related support software applications.
Provide production support to global finance teams new user additions and security change requests.
Contribute to team projects in various capacities to support global project initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Sciences.
3-5+ years of experience in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Financial Systems preferred.
1+ years of experience in IBM TM1 or Planning Analytics and Planning Analytics Workspace administration or development is a plus.
Experience in Windows Server 2016 2019 administration, user and group management, shared folders and directories, and enterprise software package installation and configuration.
Experience with Linux and containerization packages. Docker, Podman. OpenShift preferred.
Experience with system integration testing and application UAT preparation and execution.
Experience in requirements gathering and process definitions documentation.
Excellent communication, organization, and analytic skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Work effectively in both an individual and team environment.
