- Data Management: validate data is accurate in source systems (Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and Adaptive Planning); work with US and India business leaders in Sales, Operations, Customer Contracts, and Finance to investigate and correct data at its source
- Report Building: build reports and dashboards in Adaptive Planning and Microsoft Excel to (a) assist with data validation and (b) report on KPI and financial metrics
- Manage Report Library: regularly refresh reports with current data; ensure that metrics within reports are accurate. Enhance reports as required by evolving needs of the business
- Other: ad hoc assignments as dictated by the needs of the finance team
Qualifications of the Reporting Analyst, FP&A
- Bachelor s degree, in analytic area
- 4-6 years of related experience in analytic function working with datasets and building reports
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities of the Reporting Analyst, FP&A
- Advanced Excel user
- Adaptive Planning experience is preferred
- Experience in Salesforce or Tableau is a plus but is not required
- Experience managing large datasets
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to build and manage reports from defining requirements to designing the report to regular updates and enhancements
- Quick learner who is self-motivated, has a strong work ethic and is reliable
- Ability to work flexible hours, good time-management skills
