We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 0-7 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer records and update them as necessary
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Provide product and service information to customers
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
Assist with customer retention efforts
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
0-7 years of experience in customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving ability
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
