Position: French Customer Service Executive (Voice Process)
Fluent communication in French and excellent English skills required
Location : Thane, India
Responsibilities:
Handling customer complaints and queries
Providing prompt responses and support
Qualifications:
Minimum HSC qualification
Mandatory B2 French Certification
Excellent English communication skills
Shifts:
9-hour shifts
24/7 rotational and night shifts
5 working days with 2 rotational offs
Salary: Up to 10 LPA (depending on HR interview and previous salary)
