Job Description:

Title: Salesforce Mobile App Developer

Location: Pune, Chennai

Position Overview:We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Mobile App Developer with a strong background in software development to join our CRM Dev team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Salesforce development, including experience with Apex, LWC, and SOQL, and will be adept at working in a fast-paced and distributed team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce applications using the Lightning UI and custom LWC.

Administer Salesforce platform to enhance mobile application performance.

Design and implement data models and schema in line with best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Ensure adherence to coding standards and participate in code reviews.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of software development experience.

At least 6 years of experience in Salesforce development.

Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL.

Extensive experience with Salesforce platform administration, configuration, customization, and development (FSC preferred).

Solid understanding of data modeling and schema design.

PD1 and PD2 certifications are mandatory.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Experience in Salesforce Plus iOS and Android Mobile app Development.

Background in financial services, particularly in capital markets.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Ability to thrive in a distributed team environment.

Adaptability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
