Job Description::

  • Job Location: Pune
  • Qualification: Any Graduates (15 years Graduation)
  • Shifts:Night Shift
  • Experience:2 to 5 Years
  • Designation:Process Specialist
  • Role: Contract Management/Order Management/Client Triage

1. CONTRACT MANAGEMENT:

Experience: 3-5 years in Shipping or Supply Chain

Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate

Responsibilities/ Skills:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Execute the entire contract lifecycle, from creation, amendments to closure and renewal.
  • Contract Analysis: Understand, analyze, and manage contracts effectively.
  • ERP Proficiency: Expert in SAP, with a preference for SAP ByD.
  • Tool Knowledge: Working knowledge of SFDC or other CRM tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in any shift and from an office environment.
  • Communication: Drafting contracts and conveying complex information to stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication
  • Training
  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
  • Ability to design and develop training manuals, and course materials
  • Ability to provide process training to a team
  • Manage structured learning sessions and monitor their quality results

Key Requirements:

  • Ready to work from office all days
  • Flexible to work in any shift
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

2. ORDER MANAGEMENT:

Experience: 3-5 years in Order Management

Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate

  • Order Management: Oversee the entire order management lifecycle, from order creation to fulfillment.

3. CLIENT TRIAGE:

Experience: 3-5 years in Supply Chain Process

Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate

Responsibilities/ Skills:

  • Invoice Processing: Efficiently understand the processing of Invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Query Resolution: Experienced in analyzing and effectively addressing billing enquiries, Invoice enquiries.
  • ERP Proficiency: Expert in SAP, with a preference for SAP ByD.
  • Tool Knowledge: Working knowledge of SFDC or other CRM tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in any shift and from an office environment.
