Job Description

HIRING FOR TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Must-Have
  • A strong background in provisioning/Reclaim a desktop in Citrix farm, assigning the user to it and notifying the user of its availability
  • Identifying scope of reclaim and reclaiming machines
  • Rebuild virtual desktops as part of the application QA and regression testing for My Workspace releases.
  • Consultant will create the containers and build the virtual desktops.
  • Experience in migrating On-premises environment to cloud environment like Azure etc.
  • To provide innovation and improvements to the tooling and process to virtual machine environment/ Request.

  • Agile Practitioner
  • SharePoint experience
  • Leading Technical Teams

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role
  • Ensure the cloud environment is build/Managed/ reclaimed as per client expectations
  • Provide 3rd level functional, installation troubleshooting throughout lifecycle and the coordination required for the same.
  • Ensure we meet the business expectations round user experience
  • Good Communication and Coordination skills
  • Create, review and maintain documentation for team as well as helpdesk
