Operations Executives are the backbone of any small organization. In SMEs, an operation executive would be required to oversee and direct financial budgets, personnel apart from the core job of handling operations. An operations executive's job is to also to make sure that operations run smoothly so that growth can be promoted, and financial objectives can be met without any glitches.
