Responsibilities

• Handle VIP clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
• Resolve any issues or complaints raised by VIP clients in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with VIP clients through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with VIP clients
• Work closely with other departments to ensure VIP clients receive the best possible service
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services to VIP clients

Skills and Qualifications
