A company is hiring for an experienced
Vice President of IT Services with over 10 years of experience in B2B Sales for International level, having exposure to close $100 minimum & US Sales experienced. The ideal candidate will excel in end-to-end sales, lead generation, mentoring, requirement gathering, demos, contract closing, and post-sales support. Strong understanding of IT concepts and technologies, including ARP, CRM, software development, and AI, is essential. Experience in closing $100k+ deals and US sales experience are required.
Work Mode Remote (PWFH).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the IT Services strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and innovative service offerings.
Sales and Lead Generation:
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to contract closing.
- Conduct product demos and gather client requirements.
- Maintain a proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in IT services.
- Successfully close $100k+ deals and leverage experience in US sales.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Implement and monitor KPIs for service performance and client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and conduct regular performance reviews.
Technology and Innovation:
- Stay updated on IT trends and technologies, including ARP, CRM, software development, and AI.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Masters preferred.
- 10+ years in IT services with 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven B2B sales success in IT services.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and manage budgets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in relevant industry (e.g., healthcare, finance).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud computing.
