Job Description

Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, or chat.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex problems.
Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Document interactions and track customer details in the CRM system.
Meet performance targets such as customer satisfaction, response time, and call handling metrics.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience

Pay: 40,
  • 00 - 45,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
