1. Coordinating the internal sales activities by managing schedules, filling documents and communicating relevant information
2. Ensuring adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
3. Should follow-up with customer for payments
4. Be well-versed with MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel, MS Teams, Outlook and Sharepoint
6. Must be ready to travel within city limits for visits. Outside city travel is not required.
7. Must have his own vehicle to get around within the city for visits
8. Should be able to understand technical terms used in industry and should be well-versed with engineering concepts
9. Previous experience with process automation or process instrumentation is highly desirable
10. Strong communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of the organization
11. Responding to customer complaints and give after-sales support when requested
12. Prepare and maintain documents of sales quotations, technical datasheets, DAP, inspection reports and customer complaints, customer feedback as per company ISO 9001 system.
13. Inform clients of delays or problems. Should be able to organise service visits of service team members by coordinating gatepass and other formalities
14. Should be proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi language (optionally)
15. Assist in preparation and organising of promotional material or events
16. Should be able to handle portal inquiries from Indiamart, TradeIndia among others
17. Develop and maintain records and good relationship with customers. Should always be available for customer calls and meetings
