Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the showroom and ensure smooth functioning
• Manage and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 8-13 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewellery industry
