Job Title: Customer Service Representative (French Speaking)

Language Requirement: Proficiency in French (B2 /C1 OR C2level certificate required)
Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Provide top-notch customer support to international travelers, assisting them with inquiries, reservations, itinerary changes, and other travel-related requests via phone.
Language Proficiency: Utilize your B2 level French language skills to communicate effectively with our French-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met and inquiries are resolved promptly.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends, company products, and services to deliver accurate information and recommendations to customers.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues professionally and efficiently, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and assist in resolving complex issues.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in international travel customer service.
B2 level French language proficiency with a certification.
Strong communication skills in French
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
