Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Unit Sales Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in sales and should possess excellent communication and management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure that sales targets are met
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure that all leads are followed up
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to help inform business decisions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Train and mentor the sales team to improve performance and achieve targets

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
