Review of New Products to be introduced in the market with respect to Indian rules and regulations
Determination and update of HS Code (Commodity Code) in SAP for new products and review existing data for accuracy
Compliance review and classification of new products on SAP GTS
CRM: Review End User Declaration for accuracy of information and initiate necessary action in SAP
Generate reports for submissions to Authority (Drug precursors, Poisons, Chemical weapon precursors etc)
Supporting internal audits and audits from authorities from the compliance perspective
Ensure correctness and timeliness of online applications, registrations, notifications, licensing activities
Provide interim follow up and outcome
Monitor new regulations and updates currently in force regulations that might affect the sales of current portfolio and properly notify the local management and global SMEs in timely manner
Keep necessary documents records related to regulatory and compliance processes for accountability
Who you are:Graduate/Postgraduate in science with strong chemistry background 6 to 8 year of trade compliance experienceSignificant computer experience including MS Office products and ERP Systems (SAP Global Trade Systems (SAP GTS) will be an asset)Ability to multi-task, manage projects, prioritize work, and handle ambiguity and complexity
Life Science, Chemicals industry knowledge preferred
Ability to interact with senior management in matrix organization
