We are seeking a highly skilled TOSCA Test Architect to lead our test automation efforts using TOSCA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, software development, and a deep understanding of TOSCA's suite of tools and capabilities.

Will be part of Core Team part- should be able to guide on automation journey
Should be able to recommend on what automation is required
Should be able to recommend on what integration testing needs are across the business function
In sprint automation recommendations
TOSCA expertise 80% work is in this area
Tool recommendation across technology integration testing -SAP, oracle, Mobility and others
Test strategy and planning:
Develop, implement, and manage the test automation strategy using TOSCA.
Define test automation frameworks and processes.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to ensure alignment on requirements and quality standards.
Test Design and Execution:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA.
Perform test data management and ensure test environment readiness.
Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and ensure software quality.
Leadership and Mentoring:
Lead and mentor a team of test automation engineers.
Provide technical guidance and support for troubleshooting and resolving automation issues.
Conduct training sessions and workshops on TOSCA best practices and new features.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest developments in TOSCA and test automation technologies.
Continuously improve test processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices for test automation and ensure adherence to quality standards.
TECHNICAL KILLS:
TOSCA Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Tricentis TOSCA, including test case design, execution, and test data management.
Automation Frameworks: Experience in developing and implementing test automation frameworks.
Programming Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, or Python.
CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.
API Testing: Experience with API testing and tools like Postman or SOAP UI.
Performance Testing: Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.

Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
