Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Executive with 2-12 years of experience in the job market context of India. The ideal candidate should be able to drive sales and revenue growth by effectively managing a designated territory. The candidate should have experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in the assigned territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent customer service and support
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective customers
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2-12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English and at least one regional language
