Territory Manager

Description

We are looking for an experienced Territory Manager for Direct channel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a designated territory, maintaining and building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy that meets or exceeds sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
• Maintain and build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activity within the territory.
• Manage and maintain accurate sales data and customer information in the CRM system.
• Train and mentor junior sales team members as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 4-9 years of experience in sales, preferably in a territory management role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
