Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Appoint suitable distributors and Ensure Primary, Secondary sales along with executing other important activities such as claim, CRM implementation. etc
- Identify and prospect potential institutional clients in the HORECA & Related industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (Purchase Managers, Housekeepers, Kitchen Stewarding Managers, Chefs, Admin/Operation Managers, Owners, GM's and other stakeholders in customer organizations. Contacts in Paint/Hardware Industry and /or Car Accessories Channel/Market will be added advantage
- Understand customer needs, provide product knowledge, and offer tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities & adjust sales strategies accordingly. Also share inputs / feedback with internal team.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts & analysis to track performance and provide insights to management.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, networking events to expand the company's presence and generate new business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree would be preferred
- Proven track record of at least 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the related industry.
- Strong connections / relationships with customers that you can leverage.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA and related sectors and its dynamics, including knowledge of customer needs, market trends, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach.
