Job Overview:
As a Territory Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base within a designated geographical area. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual with strong communication and sales skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering appropriate solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Achieve sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Territory Management:
- Develop and implement a territory business plan to maximise sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the territory.
- Regularly visit customers and prospects to build strong relationships and increase sales.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure customer satisfaction and aligned goals.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably to institutional industry, playground equipment industry and toys industry within the same industry.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
