Located at the major Branch and frequently visits the other Branches.- Revenue Accountability-Customer relationships, RBD growth, NBD Support
Cost Accountability-Authority to manage all operating costs for the Branches.
- Service Accountability-monitors performance, takes action on defaulters in alignment with BH.
Ensures monthly Reward and Recognition program.
