Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telesales Specialist at TelesourceNow in Pune, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for conducting sales calls to potential customers, providing customer support, delivering training sessions, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The role involves a blend of on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills with 1+ year exp
• Customer Support and Training experience
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
• Experience in telesales or a similar role
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
