Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to explain our products or services and able to get an appointment with the client for BDA to approach for the services.
- Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of all calls made and sales achieved
- Following up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints
- Maintaining knowledge of our products or services and any promotions or discounts
- Identifying and escalating any issues to management for resolution
- Participating in training sessions and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
- Providing feedback to management on customer needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferr
