Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers to explain our products or services and able to get an appointment with the client for BDA to approach for the services.
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of all calls made and sales achieved
  • Following up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints
  • Maintaining knowledge of our products or services and any promotions or discounts
  • Identifying and escalating any issues to management for resolution
  • Participating in training sessions and staying updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Providing feedback to management on customer needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service or sales role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and principles

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferr
