As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and closing sales. You will play a key role in driving the company's sales and revenue growth by effectively communicating the value of our services to prospective customers.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
- Explain and promote our products and services to potential clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate services.- Close sales and achieve sales targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.- Work closely with the sales team to meet overall company goals.
Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in HINDI, TELUGU, TAMIL, ENGLISH is preferred.
