Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Manager to lead our sales team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through effective management of our telesales team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Lead and manage the telesales team to ensure high levels of performance and productivity
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Create and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in sales and marketing efforts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7-8 years of experience in telesales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales metrics and market data
  • Experience developing and implementing sales strategies and training programs
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
  • Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
