Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telesales professional to join our team at JMD Jobs. As a Telesales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. This is a Full-Time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience
  • Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads by researching and identifying potential customers
  • Contact potential customers through cold calling and follow-up calls
  • Present and promote the products and services to potential customers
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rate, and revenue targets
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales
  • Stay up-to-date and informed about the products, industry trends, and competition
