Telesales Executive

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers and closing sales over the phone. The successful candidate will be target-driven, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers
• Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our products and services
• Answer questions about our products and services
• Close sales over the phone
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in telesales or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated
• Good knowledge of MS Office
