Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients over the phone, promoting our products and services, gathering basic information and closing sales. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate new leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest product information, industry trends, and market competition.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients who showed interest in our products but have not yet made a purchase.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback to the sales manager on customer needs, challenges, and potential areas for improvement.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns and strategies to increase sales.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, sales, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to close sales and handle objections effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
