- Duties and Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries related to visa services.
Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Work towards meeting personal and team sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Use insights gained from conversations to enhance the customer experience
Identify customers visa-related needs, clarify information, and provide relevant solutions or alternatives.
Conduct thorough research on visa requirements to offer accurate guidance to customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies, including creating compelling proposals and negotiating to close deals.
Proactively identify and pursue potential markets for visa services
Conduct research to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Use market intelligence to refine sales approaches and stay ahead of industry changes.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue for visa services.
Actively promote the business at networking events and industry gatherings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through personalized service.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure cohesive execution of business development strategies.
Collaborate with the Visa Team to align sales efforts with service delivery.
Track and analyze key metrics, such as conversion rates and customer feedback, to measure the success of business development initiatives.
Provide regular reports and actionable recommendations to senior management.
Collaborate with other sales executives and teams within the firm to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build the firm's visibility and expand the client base.
- Experience : 1-3 Years Experience
- Special knowledge, abilities and skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales for 1-3 years, Strong knowledge of global markets and industry trends ,Excellent and strong communication and negotiation skills along with active listening and managing time effectively , Ability to work independently an collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
