Telesales ExecutiveAs a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads and secure sales appointments through outbound calling. You will engage with potential customers over the phone to introduce our products or services, understand their needs, and convince them of the value proposition. Your aim will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive company image.
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold calling lists.
- Introduce company products or services to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, address any questions or concerns, and qualify leads.- Effectively communicate product or service information, pricing, and promotional offers.
Persuade customers to schedule sales appointments or participate in product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, conversations, and sales appointments in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and appointments.
Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback to the sales management team on customer preferences, market trends, and areas for improvement.- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in a manufacturing units.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with customers.
Goal-oriented mind-set with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally.- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing will be a plus.
