Telesales Executive

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 1-5 years of experience in telesales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in India and requires the candidate to work remotely from home.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our products and services
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Update customer database with relevant information

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in telesales
