Description

We are looking for a talented Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, selling products and services over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries over the phone
• Sell products and services to potential customers over the phone
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Manage and update customer database with relevant information
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and strategies

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English and one or more regional languages
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
