We are looking for a talented and competitive Telesales Associate for the multinational company (BPO) who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Location : Bangalore - koramangla , marathalli , whitefeild.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Excellent communication ( english and hindi mandatory )and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• High school diploma; BSc/Ba will be a plus

Salary is 19k take home up to 25k take home plus incentives
