We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell our services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Present and explain products or services to potential customers over the phone.
Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.- Answer questions about products or services and address any concerns or objections.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Keep accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM system.- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
