Responsibilities
- Call potential customers and introduce them to our products or services
- Explain the benefits of our products or services and answer any questions the customer may have
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our products or services
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales skills and ability to persuade customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
